cpan distribution for a pod file?

Dear lazyweb / perl elite,

Given a real perl module, eg: Acme::Colour one can use
Parse::CPAN::Packages (which uses 02packages.details.txt.gz) to
determine which distribution that module belongs to.

But 02packages.details.txt.gz doesn't contain .pod files, such as
Catalyst::Manual::Intro afaik.

Is it possible (with code) to determine which cpan distribution a pure
pod file belongs to (and if so, how?)
