ANNOUNCE: Bristol&Bath.pm technical meeting

Bristol and Bath Perl Mongers are holding a technical meeting in less
than two weeks, so it's about time we started announcing it to the wider
world.

The speaker list isn't fully finalised yet, so if you want to present
something, please let us know. Here are the minimal details available
so far:
