Well, yes. Camels aren't native to Holland (nor elsewhere in the
Netherlands) and the Netherlands isn't exactly known for its exquisite
cuisine either. I'd blame the chef, not the camel.
I've had camel meat in Egypt. Tasted a bit like goat.
