Wahaca also does some superb tequilas. And churros.

For a decent burrito, there's often a stall at the top of Rupert Street, 
Soho.

For Mexican in general, I favour the Covent Garden branch of "La Perla". 
Good food, great beer and an awesome tequila selection.
