I did not dig too deep - but after trying out some examples it seems
that WWW::Facebook::API does not work with the current Facebook API
(i.e. what was announced as the graph api). There is a promising new
module on CPAN called Facebook::Graph that is, as I understand,
specially crafted to work with the graph api - but it is not clear if
it will take over the full functionality of WWW::Facebook::API
(http://blogs.perl.org/users/jt_smith/2010/07/introducing-facebookgraph.html).

I have contacted the author of WWW::Facebook::API and he informed me
that he is looking for a new maintainer for the module - as keeping
with all Facebook upgrades is a rather heavy burden and he does not
use that module himself any more.

Cheers,
Zbigniew
