I nominate Leo Lapworth, if he's willing.

The primary responsibilities of the job being answering emails and
making sure tasks that are handled by self organisation remain handled
by self organisation, and I think Leo has the skills and patience to
do that.

I do not think a stuffed camel can do either of these things.
