Announcing the great MySQL::Privileges::Reader

And there you go, I did it again. I promised myself I would stop
contributing useless modules to CPAN, and I didn't live to my promise.

In a few moments you will be able to find there the initial version of
my MySQL::Privileges::Reader, probably not my last module related to
credentials and privilege administration in MySQL Database.

Comments, {constructive,not-so-destructive} criticism, irony^Wpatches,
and witty jokes will be paid back in the usual London PM currency. I
mean drinks, before you start having strange ideas. ;)
