[OT] Prepaid mobile plans with data, possibly roaming

Just fyi, EU Data prices on my O2 phone dropped between may and July from £2.55+ vat per meg to £0.58+vat. £100 cap and 300MB max. 

Outside Europe it's still £6/mb. I tore through £50 between the airport and hotel in Delhi last week while checking the taxi driver was taking me the right way! 

Capped at £102.13 (??) but for 200MB.
