a2p and s2p are still in blead today, and I'm not aware of a concrete
plan to move them out to CPAN. But there were several Perl 4-era
libraries (getopt.pl, open2.pl, etc) that got removed from core in
5.16, and now live on CPAN in Perl4::CoreLibs.
