Convert EML/MSG messages to MIME format

Hi there,

I wonder whether any one in the list came across converting Outlook
Messages (.eml/.msg) to MIME format.

I use the module
Email::Outlook::Message<http://search.cpan.org/%7Emvz/Email-Outlook-Message-0.912/>.
However, it has quite few issues if the messages has charset other than
ISO-8859-1. Any Russian or Japanese messages are not converted properly.

I just noticed Gmail allows you to view those .eml messages as text. The
result is pretty good. But, I do not know
what they use or whether it is public.
