LOVEFiLM has rapidly become the UK and Europe's leading online DVD rental and film download business, and its website is already one of the UK's top three entertainment sites. LOVEFiLM International is currently looking for a number of Perl Developers at various levels to join our rapidly expanding and challenging environment. We currently employ 300 people who provide an excellent service to around ½ million subscribers. 

For this challenging role you will be a competent commercial Perl developer. Our working environment is a high load, enterprise level Linux / Apache / MySQL / Perl platform. Good communication skills as well as technical ability are essential for this role. 

Challenges include creating scalable functionality supporting large growth rates, developing innovative algorithms (front-end or back-end APIs), and discipline and accuracy within a fast-moving, exciting commercial environment. Candidates should have experience developing large, structured, perl applications within a team, preferably working with large, varied datasets within MySQL/similar.
