Perl Web/Systems Developer 6 month Contract x 2


Global Bank requires Strong Perl Web/Systems Developers for project to extend
a infrastructure management framework and Portal written in Perl to new
SOI/Messaging services.


SOA Services within the bank runs a number of infrastructure services,
including J2EE, ESB, BPM, JMS hosting and more.

DAP is most mature of these services and has a in house management framework
written in perl which automates the allocation, configuration, provisioning
and administration of the J2EE hosting service.  A Web portal builds on this
framework to provide application owners with visibility into their service.

Recently launched SOI service is based primarly around TIBCO BW, iProcess and
ESM, providing ESB, BPM and JMS services to support the banks application.

Middleware Messaging service is based on TIBCO EMS and IBM MQ, this service
has recently been brought into SOA services.


The sucessfull candidates will be working with a small team of perl developers
in the DAP team to extend their Portal and management framework to the SOI and
MMS services.

Knowledge of TIBCO administration would be an advantage, but preference will
be given to strong OO Perl developers with experience in Unix Administration,
automation and Web Systems development.
