My client is a leading European Investment Bank who is looking for a
senior Perl/C++ developer to team lead a business critical development
team. This is the opportunity to propel your career to a managerial
level in the Fixed Income arena.

You will manage 6/7 developers, giving technical advice and give drive
to individual projects. You will remain hands on, primarily working on
Perl, Sybase and C++ projects. The development team uses a variety of
technologies that you will be exposed too, including C#, Java, SQL
Server, Unix and .Net. This is a business critical team and you will
gain strong Fixed Income and Bonds knowledge. At the moment there is a
flat structure to the development team, and this position has been
created so the incumbent with be the technical go to person in the
development team and the first point of contact for the business if they
have any queries or problems. 

The salary is excellent and will more than fairly represent your
experience. Working for an investment bank there is an annual bonus and
an excellent package to consider as well. Moreover the manager wants
this person to push him in a years time so the is scope for movement
into management.
