Axomic are recruiting an Assistant Support Engineer to join the team. 
The candidate must have fluent English, and good knowledge of Perl and 
Linux is required. They will be working with:

* Perl, Apache, SQL & Active Directory
* Windows, Linux and Mac server platforms

The individual will be responsible for many aspects of client support, 
which includes communicating clear and concise answers to complex 
technical questions. This is a great opportunity to become an integral 
member of the team in an exciting high growth company. The individual 
will have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly take on 
responsibility, and enjoy working in a challenging and fast moving 
environment. The candidate will have to build upon a wide range of 
software skills, and become experienced in the software support and 
delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

* Installing and configuring the OpenAsset software
* Delivering the finished product to clients
* Liaising with clients to ensure efficient implementation
* Diagnosing technical issues
* Providing phone and email support to clients (using RT ticket tracking 
system)

Required Skills and Experience
* Fluent English
* Perl / LAMP experience
* Good knowledge of Windows and Linux
* Experience in a commercial environment
* Degree in computer science or a similar discipline
