There's an excellent chance that

http://www.london.pm.org/signup/

will work, however there's enough questions marks beyond that stage
to make it a bit speculative. The site is in transition between
systems and not all the bits have been nailed into place as I understand
it.

In general, at the moment, you should be able to use http:// 
www.london.pm.org
anywhere you might otherwise have used http://london.pm.org.
