  It's a 64-bit world now

  Or at least Microsoft thinks so. In the future its server
  operating systems will migrate to 64-bit only products, and
  Exchange 12 will only be available for x64 systems. Some
  critics are predicting chaos as companies are forced to
  upgrade servers, even if they don't want to just yet."

I expect it will not run on anything smaller :-)
