I used this one a bit, and basically liked it, but if the original
connection was laggy, the resulting Flash video will show it.
For best results, use a fast link and minimize the data stream by
shrinking the desktop, turning off any patterned desktop wallpaper,
reduce the resolution to a level that gets a clear picture across but no
higher, etc.
This may apply equally to any other VNC recording tool, but the only one
I've tried so far was vnc2swf. Maybe the others are more clever.
