I have had three or four different agencies call me (after finding my CV
online), all looking to employ people for various West-of-London places.
It's not that the pay is poor, or the conditions sound bad - it's just that at
the moment the market is good, so why would I trade a 15 minute commute for a
90-120 minute commute?
Other people I know say the same thing..
I guess it's really a sign that the Perl job market is doing very well
currently? Hope it lasts :)
