TPF in EU a charity yet?

Is there a European branch of the TPF that can tax-efficiently receive
money from a UK ltd co? Does anyone here understand the rules around
UK ltd companies donating cash to either UK- or EU-registered or US
501(c)3 charities? What's the best way?
