Here's my schedule for bar camp:

8am Introduction and split into four teams for each bar
9am Introduction to all bar equipment and simple drink pouring
10am Intermediate drinks, mixing, cocktails, shots
11am Advanced cocktails (flaming etc.)
Noon Opening of four bars
... Competition between bars
11pm Tally of all drinks sold. Winning bar team get a prize
... Drinks until late.

What? Bar camp isn't about bars? Why not? Leon
