And don't try keeping a goat (or worse several) on said piece of
scrubland unless it surrounded by a 15 security fence complete with
barbed wire entanglement on the top.

Unless of course you and your neighbours believe that flowers and shrubs
grown in gardens are just treats for the goats..

PS The same goes for breed of sheep called "welsh", although you can get
away with just 10' and no barbed wire - in this case.
