He is a Senator.  I know Oklahomans who cry whenever I say that.

I'm not surprised by his comment.  Ted Stevens is another one.

BTW, the Daily Show apparently had much fun with N. Korea's "Taepodong" 
missile, which they pronounced "type o' dong".  I missed that episode, 
sadly.
