I disagree. Every Microsoft keyboard I've encountered has been designed for
aliens with arms bending out in odd places and have about five thumbs to use
the forty-two extra buttons dotted around the more conventional hundred-odd
keys. I'm not quite sure what that flag motif on the Emacs meta key is meant
to signify either.

However they're my preferred supplier of wheelmice for PCs. For OSX, the
Mighty Mouse probably ties equal place, now I've had a good play with one.
