Suicidal tree rats

My eldest sister once told me about a tree rat that had exploded while
running along the power lines behind our house.  I didn't believe her, nor
did I believe my cousin, who also claimed to have witnessed the little
rodent's demise.

Apparently, tree rats do electrocute themselves and occasionally launch 
suicidal attacks on power substations.
