Off the top of my head it contained about 6 or 8 ingredients some of 
which were cumin and rose. I'll have a look later.

I did feel guilty about it but it just ended being easier to buy the pre 
made stuff rather than get stock and do the constant ladle and stir 
dance. The chciekn was pretty much fire and forget.
