Because most users use sod all bandwidth and cover the costs of the hogs. I
suspect. As to the quality, sometimes there's a bit of contention especially
on international destinations, but nothing I particularly notice outside of
artificial benchmarks. And it saves paying GBP1 or GBP5.88 per gig to Zen or
AAISP respectively if I have the nerve to exceed the bandwidth cap.
