I got the email and it's been on my todo list to reply to you - the 
weekend was a bit swamped for me. 

I'm not entirely sure whether I'm going to be in the country at the 
start of December which may be a slight blow to organising it so I'm 
trying work some stuff out unless other people wnat to step in and help.
