abuse@ and postmaster@ in the modern world?

I have abuse@ as my primary email address, and postmaster@ should in theory
also work. Spammers used to avoid the abuse@ role address, but now they just
treat it like any other.

Sticking SpamAssassin in front makes both usable, although of course this
means that people can't actually forward spam to abuse@ either. I conder the
latter a feature, others might consider it a bug :)
