If you're happy with a slightly more hands off approach then you could
take a look at http://www.gradwell.com/ for there hosted solutions.

Or I use http://www.bluelinux.co.uk/ for my virtual machine (£15pm), and
gradwell for 2ndry DNS and MX. (£25pa).
