Freecycle for (interesting) old computers?

I've found the answer. I posted to a mountain biking forum I run  
asking for courier recommendations to collect DC's kindly donated VAX  
box (mountain bikers courier lots of awkward, bike shaped parcels)  
and got three offers of redundant Alpha boxes.

I don't think anyone here's really a proper geek at all :)
