Developing interdependent modules

That smells funny to me.  It tells me that they're not yet sufficiently
seperated.

I realise that you need something in the interim while you seperate them
(and symlinks would seem to be the way to go) but once they are seperate
then you shouldn't need to do that any more if they really have been
properly seperated.
