Some companies have working practices that don't suit teleworking either.
A lot of the agile methods only really work when your team is all in the
same place.

And it took how many people and how much infrastructure to support that
team ?
The productivity loss of sending three men to the moon rather than have
them bounce around in a parking lot was clearly evident :-)
