Assuming you mean the film mentioned in this Portland review,

be the Bagdad Theater and Pub (pizza and beer).  From downtown, take the
14 Hawthorne bus to 36th Avenue (and yes, my memory can be trusted for
that bit of info) or hike the 2-ish miles over the river and uphill.
