An update for all interested parties.  It seems that there were some 
issues with mailman and dots in the list name.  Dave has kindly addressed 
this and our list is finally up and running.

If you had previously subscrived, everthing should now automagically work.

If you are planning to subscribe, please ignore the previous URL and use 
the folloing instead:
