When it gets hard to post to a mailing list, people stop. Of course,
this might be desired behavior.

Speaking only for myself:

I have been chewed out for top posting.
I have been chewed out for bottom posting.
I have been chewed out for trimming too much context.
I have been chewed out for trimming too little context.
I have been chewed out for not using HTML email.
I have been chewed out for using HTML email.

I *try* to bottom post. I *try* to trim content. I *try* to use plain
text email.

These things seem sensible, but I'm not going worry if someone else
doesn't follow THE ONE TRUE WAY OF EMAIL FORMATTING. There are more
important things to worry about.

Like, you know, how soon I can have my next beer.
