Hmm. It's not done that on any of the machines I've tested it on (we've tried
assorted deb/ubuntu, RHEL and fBSD at least and I'm pretty sure some of the
early adopters are on other platforms).

Any chance you could switch this to private e-mail so it doesn't get lost in
the ass-end of a london.pm thread and we'll come back to "searchable archives"
when we've turned "Test::... IIRC" into a useful bug report and fixed the
problem :)
