In Vim in insert mode Ctrl+P is handy keystroke to know when dealing
with them: you can just type the first few characters of an identifier
name then press Ctrl+P to fill in the rest of it.

(If several identifiers match the beginning that you've typed, Ctrl+P
will pick the 'previous' one, and Ctrl+N the 'next' one; further presses
of either will cycle through all the available options.)
