Is anyone here helping to turn CPAN modules into Debian packages suitable
for Ubuntu?

The list of CPAN modules already packaged up is pretty good
(eg see http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/perl/ for the Gutsy Gibbon 7.10
release) but every so often I see something missing - and then have to
resort back to old reliable "sudo perl -MCPAN -e shell ;"

It would be easier in the long run if I could turn a missing CPAN module
into an Ubuntu/Debian style package and put it onto a repository
somewhere.
