You can buy an HD LCD TV for less than the cost of an LCD monitor of the
same size.  If you really only use the box for watching videos, DVDs and
the like, it would be .  All the gadgets of this kind that I've seen
have HDMI inputs.  For an extra £30 to £50 you can get one with a
built-in Freeview receiver.

Unfortunately, I can't give you a specific recommendations because I
only just started looking at this area myself, for something to attach
to my mythbox (which is also a Mac Mini, as it happens, but you probably
didn't install Debian on yours.)

I am going to check out the ones the Linux Emporium are selling, since
I've used them often enough in the past to know that they probably
aren't telling fibs about the quality.
