The Crown in Covent Garden (http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/ 
51/5151/Crown/Covent_Garden) has been used for a leaving do in the  
past - we booked the upstairs room which was reasonably airy and  
quiet. IIRC they did set a minimum bar take.
