In that regard you would be wrong. The talks are supposed to be 30mins
each, then there is a further 10mins between talks to setup. See the

Personally I always thought the 20/40/60 min formats worked well, but
then that's just me :)

I would offer mine, but seeing as it's the longest single talk on the
schedule, it wouldn't leave you much room for anyone else ;)
