It's available in the collection "First Meetings: In The Enderverse",
which also includes two other short stories- one about Ender's father
and one about Ender meeting Jane (The computer thingie..)

I read the novel-length one first and do prefer it, but possibly as it
leads more naturally into the rest of the series rather than the
jarring change of pace from the short story to Speaker For The Dead.
