PARing autobox has me stumped

So if I understand that correctly, your Ubuntu 9.04 box returns
different results to my Ubuntu 9.04 box.
In fact, you're getting the same behaviour I only get on Debian 4 and Windows.

That makes it sound like it's a module-version problem.. but damnit, I
have tried hard to make sure all four boxes involved are all running
the latest versions of the relevant modules :(
