Alternatively, you could use Where Can I live [1] which does make use
of TFL data to calculate and present locations to rent property which
match your commuting time and budget requirements - made by the nice
people at Nestoria [2] which is a vertical search engine for
properties in the UK.
That being said, good luck, like most people say, agents are not fun
to deal with.
