I used to be with the phone coop - they are a small outfit so they are
easy to contact, although I never got lightening fast support. I'm
sure if I had called instead of emailed, it would have been quicker.
In November 2009 they only had a competitive deal if you committed for
a year (or maybe more) and got line rental, etc etc.  I switched (to
webtapestry) to get a lot more bandwidth for around the same money and
with no contract.
