I can't be sure, of course, because of the new venue, but all of the
rooms we've used before at the University of Westminster come with a
desktop PC that is already connected to the projector.

They have Office and Acrobat Reader installed on them. I've used them
(with my presentation on a USB key) a couple of times in the past.
