Anyone got a US iTunes account

Does anyone have a) a PayPal account and b) a US based iTunes account from which they'd be prepared to send me a gift certificate?

I've got a UK account which won't allow me to make purchases in the US store. I also have a US based account - but I can't pay for anything on it without a US based payment source.

So the transaction would look like this:

a) I send you some money via PayPal
b) you buy me a US-based iTunes gift certificate

Anyone up for that? :)
