If you really want grow as you grow services I want
nearlyfreespeech.netvery useful(Its based in US though). You can use
catinabox there. Ofcourse
it doesn't give you the flexiblity of VPS or a dedicated server. I myself
moved my sites to a dedicated server on The Planet(now called
Orbit/softlayer) when traffic grew.
