Yes, Leo knows what he's doing.

It does surprise me a bit that over the past five or more years none of
Foxtons' competition ever manage to escape rule 1 long enough to ask
"why doesn't our site work as well as theirs?" and stop by long enough to
steal, er, plagarise, er flatter, the tricks that make it work.

It's not like it's rocket science to make decent websites. It just seems to be
too much to ask most "professionals" in the area.
